A FMCG company is looking for a Senior RGM with finance background
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial strategies by channel and category to maximize revenue and profit.
- Conduct analyses on pricing, promotions, mix, and TTC to identify growth opportunities.
- Define recommendations, execution roadmaps, and sell-in strategies for retailers.
- Drive RGM implementation across ASEAN through analytical deep dives and leadership.
- Own pricing execution, ensuring timely and effective market monitoring.
- Lead promotion and mix management to optimize profitability and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and activation markets for seamless RGM execution.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-7 years in FMCG (Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Account Management).
- At least 2 years in RGM, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Strategy.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, trade spend, and revenue analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Fluent in English with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
